Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent and aligned with the realities of Himalayan trekking logistics, transport arrangements and advance resource planning.

Cancellation By Participant

When a seat is booked, arrangements begin in advance — transport, permits, accommodation, equipment and local support arrangements.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and trek feasibility.


Early Return Or Incomplete Trek

If a participant returns early due to:

Transport, Accommodation & Third-Party Services

Transport or vehicle bookings, hotel stays or independent service costs are handled directly between the participant and provider.
