Peaceful Ridge Walk • Quiet Forest Trails • Wide Meadow Views
K Top — also known as Kotyya Top — is a calm and less–crowded ridge and meadow trek located near Uttarkashi. The route passes through pine–oak forests, gradual mountain slopes and quiet open landscapes, making it a peaceful and beginner–friendly Himalayan trek.
From the summit ridge, trekkers experience wide valley views, snow–covered peaks in winter and golden sunset light across the horizon. It is ideal for trekkers who prefer silent trails and natural mountain ambience instead of commercial trekking routes.
The trek starts from Dasda Village, located above Uttarkashi in a calm rural mountain belt.

Uttarkashi → Bhatwari Road → Local Village Route → Dasda

Day 1 — Arrival at Dasda Village
Evening acclimatization walk • Homestay night stay
Day 2 — Dasda → syanli
🌲 Gradual ascent through pine & oak sections
Day 3 — syanli → Silpodiya camp
Ridge trail • Meadow campsite • Sunset & sky views
Day 4 — Trek to K Top Summit Ridge
🌄 Wide valley & snow peak views • Return to camp
Day 5 — Descend to Dasda → Uttarkashi Departure
