High-Altitude Crossover β’ Ruinsara Valley to Yamunotri β’ Exposed Ridge & Snow Pass
Bali Pass is a demanding high-altitude crossover trek connecting Har Ki Dun β Ruinsara Valley to Yamunotri region, with a steep & exposed climb to the Bali Pass summit (~4,900 m).
The trek moves through remote valleys, moraine slopes, snow gullies and loose rocky sections, where footing, pacing and judgement matter. Weather shifts quickly near the pass and summit push begins before dawn to cross snow & icy sections safely.
Camps feel isolated and raw β cold winds, silence, long horizon views and a strong sense of true Himalayan wilderness. This trek is meant for trekkers who respect terrain and altitude.
The trek begins from Sankri with gradual approach into the Ruinsara valley before climbing towards the pass.
